On Friday 5 April, we launched new rates and increased selected products.
We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Friday 5 April.
Exclusive BTL Purchase & Remortgage deals with 1% fee
- NEW 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.99%.
- NEW Portfolio 60% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate at 5.04%.
- NEW Portfolio 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate at 5.14%.
- NEW Portfolio 60% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.74%.
- NEW Portfolio 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.89%.
Exclusive Residential Greener Purchase fee-saver with £500 cashback
- NEW 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.82%.
This product is now available for New Build properties with an energy rating of A or B.
Exclusive Residential Remortgage with £895 fee
- NEW 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.49%.
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.59%.
The end dates have moved to August of the relevant year.
In addition, we made these changes at 8pm on Thursday 4 April:
- 95% LTV Purchase 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver has been increased by 0.03%, to 5.22%.
- 85% and 90% LTV Shared Ownership Purchase 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by 0.10%, with rates starting from 4.59%.
- 75% LTV BTL Exclusive Fix and Switch with £1,495 fee has been increased by 0.05%, to 5.09%.
- 65%, 75% and 85% Greener New Build fixed rates have been reduced by 0.05%.
- 90% LTV 5 Year Purchase Exclusive fee-saver cashback now reduced to £300.
- 75% LTV £1m+ Exclusives 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.09%, with rates starting from 4.70%.
We also withdrew the following products at 8pm on Thursday 4 April:
- 60% BTL Exclusive 5 year fixed rates with £2,195 fee.
- 60% and 70% LTV Exclusive Remortgage 5 year fixed rates.
- 65% and 75% LTV Shared Ownership 2 and 5 year fixed rates.
- 60% and 75% LTV BTL 10 year fixed rates.
